Refund and Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window, meaning you have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition—unworn or unused, with all tags intact, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return
To begin the return process, please contact us at info@lorea-store.com. If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on where and how to send your package. Please note that we cannot accept items returned without prior authorization.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you’ve received the wrong item, contact us right away so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-returnable Items
Certain products are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable items (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Sale Items & Gift Cards
Please note that sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original item, and once your return is accepted, make a new purchase for the item you want.

EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to a country within the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of delivery—no justification required. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.

Processing Returns
Once the item arrives at our warehouse (or our logistics partner's), and the return conditions are confirmed, we’ll either ship a replacement item or issue a refund. Refunds typically take 3–7 business days to process after confirmation.
